At Tombolo, we want you to love your new favorite shirt, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all unworn items in their original packaging. Please note that items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack your items with all original tags attached and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
